FULFORD slipped from first to fourth in York Minster Engineering League division two after a blank weekend.

Osbaldwick returned to the top after a 5-4 win over Strensall.

Sam Thompson, Andrew Bilton, Tom Wheatlands (2) and Nick Lawrie netted for Osso, while Danny Mason (2), Mick Pipe and Jack Wilson responded.

Rawcliffe are second after Scott Pallister and John Moss earned them a 2-0 win at Stamford Bridge.

In-form marksman Ben Jones scored four of Bishopthorpe’s goals in a 5-2 win over Thorpe. Nick May added their fifth.

Heslington snatched victory from visitors Cliffe with two goals in injury time.

Tom Hogg had given Cliffe the lead but late goals from Martin Pepper and John Pipes sealed a 2-1 win for Heslington.
