CHRIS RAW was the first Thirsk & Sowerby Harriers runner home in the Broughton Woods Fell Race.
Raw finished in 50th place and third in the F45 category in 55 minutes 32 seconds, while the club’s women’s team claimed third place.
Graham Robinson was 72nd in 61-00, with Hywel Smith 75th, and second M60, in 61-55.
Steve Booth came home 99th in 65-40, Hilary Coventry was 106th in 68-30, Nicola Fearn 108th in 69-10, Pat Kirby 114th, and second F60, in 72-36, Bryan Miller 119th in 84-48 and Claire Gillan 120th in 84-50.
The 10k road race at Dewsbury saw Dan Holdsworth finish 38th in 35-24. Charlotte Sanderson was 63rd in 36-24 and Steve Middleton 101st in 37-59.
At the other end of the field, Ian Codling came 762nd in 62-44 and Marian Codling 797th in 71-02.
