North Yorkshire golfer Simon Dyson makes cut at Qatar Masters

SIMON DYSON made the halfway cut by the skin of his teeth at the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters in Doha today.
The 35-year-old North Yorkshire golfer carded a level par second round of 72 to add to his first round of 71, making the cut by one shot.
Dyson bogeyed the seventh and 14th holes, but picked up birdies on the 12th and 15th to secure his place in the closing two rounds.
