New Earswick All Blacks face a tough task as they look to kick-start their championship season in the Pennine League.

All Blacks’ downturn in form, coupled with the festive break and weather-induced postponements, means they have won only once since October 20.

On Saturday they face a Nevison Leap side who beat them 48-12 in mid-December, in the All Blacks’ last but one encounter. The York side will be without Greg Neill due to work commitments as they look to avenge that loss to a side who are in the promotion running.

Selby Warriors host lowly Silsden as they bid to bolster their promotion chances in division three, while Selby Warriors ‘A’ will have to overturn the formbook if they are to topple runaway leaders Garforth Tigers in division seven.
