AVIVA moved ten points clear at the top of division one with a 1-0 win at title rivals St Clement’s.
A Tom Shirley goal in the first 15 minutes won it for Aviva.
Church Fenton White Horse suffered their first defeat in six, losing 5-2 at Total Sports with a hat-trick from Ben Brannigan to add to strikes from Tom Robinson and Amos Laverack.
Wilberfoss drew 1-1 at Tockwith, who led through Andy Walker before Ian Cappleman levelled.
Amotherby & Swinton won 6-1 at Pocklington, thanks to a Mike Lindsay treble, two from Andy Phillips and one by George Moore.
Malton & Norton trailed to a Matt Wash goal at Haxby but replied with goals from Kevin Oxendale, Marcus Godsell and Ryan Rivis to win 3-2. Darren Storey hit the second for Haxby.
Former division two leaders Fulford lost 2-1 at Rawcliffe. Scott Pallister scored twice for the hosts. Second-placed Heslington lost 3-2 at Bishopthorpe, while Osbaldwick went top with a 2-1 win at Thorpe.
