Bowls: Tussle of the over-55s titans

THE Yorkshire Over-55s League division one concludes as leaders York IBC ‘A’ play their home leg against last season’s champions, and currently second-placed, North Cave White tomorrow at noon.
York then play Scarborough in both the Yorkshire Ladies League and the Hebden Trophy, while New Earswick IBC take on Featherstone in the Yorkshire Ladies League, Leeds in the Yorkshire League and Doncaster in the Hebden Trophy on Saturday when all the games start at noon.
York will meet South Forest (Mansfield) in their Egham Trophy quarter-final on Sunday, starting at 10.30am.
York’s Yorkshire Double Rinks qualifier against Selby is on Saturday, January 19, also starting at noon.
