JULIAN NORTON led home the Thirsk & Sowerby Harriers contingent at the Jolly Holly Jog ten-kilometre race in Ripon. Norton finished 15th in a time of 39 minutes 51 seconds, with Rob Burn 91st in 46-37.
Rob Lickley was 120th in 48-22, Les Sutton-Haigh 160th in 50-59, Geoff Bullock 186th in 52-12, Tom Calvert 204th in 53-04, Ken Evitt 346th in 61-21, David Goddard 363rd in 62-24, Christine Burn 396th in 64-15, Yvonne Wood 404th in 64-55, Nik Sutton-Haigh 412th in 65-47, Ian Codling 479th in 72-28, Pam Sherlock 515th in 79-44 and Marian Codling 517th in 80-28.
Meanwhile, Hester Cox came 77th in the Guisborough Woods Fell Race, clocking 59-38.
The club resumes training at Thirsk School on January 7.
