FATHER and son Pete and Paul Benton got the VIP treatment at the williamhill.com UK Snooker Championship final in York.
The Huntington duo won our competition with William Hill, scooping a superb first prize of two VIP tickets to both sessions of Sunday’s Barbican showpiece between Mark Selby and Shaun Murphy.
Along with a packed crowd, they watched world number one Selby come out on top 10-6 after a thrilling tussle with Murphy.
In our other snooker competition, courtesy of tournament organisers World Snooker and sponsors William Hill, Stamford Bridge’s Nat Adair and a friend won tickets to both sessions last Wednesday, which included John Higgins’ 147 maximum break.
