FOOTBALL clubs across Yorkshire are being urged to tap into cash through the Football Foundation’s £2.1 million Grow The Game scheme.
Grassroots football clubs will be able to access grants of up to £5,000 through Grow The Game, which helps clubs to provide opportunities for new players, or train volunteers to support new players and teams.
Since 2000, the Foundation has funded 871 Grow The Game club development projects with grants worth £4,185,565.
The window for applications for the latest funding – provided by the Football Association – closes on Friday, December 21.
