Harrogate Town to face Torquay in FA Cup

Harrogate Town face a long haul south to face npower League Two outfit Torquay in the first round of the FA Cup.

The journey to the south coast is the reward for finally seeing off Hyde United in midweek with a Dan Clayton strike in a tie played at Town’s Harrogate Railway neighbours’ home.

While Blue Square Bet North Town harbour a cup upset, Railway head west to tackle Warrington in Evo-Stik League division one north.

The hosts are currently on a six-match unbeaten run, and will field new signing, striker Mark Beesley, as Railway strive to end a win-less league sequence spanning almost two months.
