York Referees’ Association meeting

THE next meeting of the York Referees’ Association will be held at York Hospital Service Club in Haxby Road, on Thursday, at 7.30pm.

Guest speakers will be discussing the subject of how to improve as a referee.

Meanwhile, the next in-service training session for referees is scheduled for York College on Thursday, November 29.

On Friday, January 18, the association will stage a pig racing evening at York Hospital Sports Club. The cost is £5 per person, including a pie and peas supper.
