C'mon City. Great result on the back of Saturday. Made an old man happy even if it was scrappy!

Excellent result tonight - that's 8 points out of the last 12 available. Well done Jason Walker for persistence to the cause. Hope the injury to Coulson isn't too serious.

Fantastic a much needed 3 points & a clean sheet to settle those defensive nerves, the league might well come to us by playing our game & waiting for others to falter. Looks like GMs faith in Jason ha s been repaid on this occasion first of many we hope Come on City!!!

Oh sh1t. Not happy now cos I should have expected it. I've always thought of football as a game where luck and the unexpected play a part. Now I know I was wrong and I should be emotionless as I should always be sure of the outcome. Sport is dead, Duffy has killed it!

I don't think we should be 'expecting' to win any games at this level just yet. Really good result tonight, lets hope we can put a bit of a run together

Great win and three points, just sorry couldn't make the trip to-night. Well done to the City team and the fans who made the journey over to north Lancs!! Pleased for Jason Walker - he gives a 100% in his role and let's hope he can grab another goal at Southend and that we come away from that game with another three points! COYR.

Of course it was expected, they are dropping like fly's and not one poster predicted a defeat. Disapointing to hear that Coulson went off on a stretcher though as I think he has had a decent season. Hopefully it's not too bad.

I'm not been negative at all I'm delighted with the win just stating it was expected as it was.

Great win tonight, back to back wins is brilliant, upto ninth and lets go to Southend and put in another good away performance, Southend lost at home to Aldershot so could be a good time to play them on their home patch. Great time to be a City fan

I'm overjoyed that you actually expected us to win a match! I do see where you're coming from, we should be looking to beat teams with Accrington's form, but in the past we have failed against more physical, direct teams. I found it very encouraging that we could grind out an ugly win AND keep a clean sheet.

Big three points tonight, do we care if it was an ugly win? No! Great to see Jason Walker getting the winner, a lot of people don't appreciate the work that he puts in.
