Museum bosses are inviting residents to a public meeting to discuss the management of the city's galleries and museums.
York Museums Trust is holding the meeting to look at its finances and development of the Art Gallery, the Castle Museum, the Yorkshire Museum and gardens, and York St Mary's.
The trust was set up in 2002 and took over the running of them from City of York Council.
The trust's chairman, Robin Guthrie, and chief executive Janet Barnes will report to the meeting which is on October 26, from 6pm to 7.30pm, in the Tempest Anderson Hall, at the Yorkshire Museum.
