A WOMAN who tried to poison her husband by sprinkling poison in his food has been given an indeterminate jail term.
Heather Mook has been told she will serve a minimum period of five years in jail after she used rat poison and a prescription drug to poison her husband John in a bid to prevent him finding out how she had stripped his mother of her £43,000 savings.
Judge Stephen Spencer QC said she was a very dangerous woman who had pretended throughout to be in a loving relationship with her husband.
