DETECTIVES are searching for a Selby man who is wanted for breaching bail conditions.
Greg Tate, 25, was banned from entering Selby by York Crown Court following charges of assault and criminal damage.
Tate is white, 5ft 10in tall with a medium build and brown hair, and police said he is known to have connections in the Selby and York areas.
Police Sergeant Mark Proctor, of Selby Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: "Greg, if you see or hear this appeal, I advise you to hand yourself in immediately. This is not an issue which will go away and we will not stop looking for you, until you are back in custody.
"I am also keen to speak to anyone who has seen Tate and ask them to get in touch with the police straight away. Officers have already visited a number of addresses to which Tate is known to have links. These visits will continue until he has been arrested."
Anyone with information on Tate's whereabouts should phone North Yorkshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
