CAWOOD Craft Festival will be staged across the village near Selby over the August Bank Holiday weekend, after being officially opened by Jonathan Cowap of BBC Radio York at noon on Saturday August 23.
The festival showcases traditional arts and artisan crafts, including clothes, bags, jewellery, woodwork, glasswork and tapestry.
An additional attraction of the festival this year will be boat rides on the river provided by the White Cross Ski Club. For more details, go to cawoodcraftfestival.co.uk
