Crash outside Eggborough Power Station blocks road
TWO drivers were airlifted to hospital with head and leg injuries after their vehicles collided outside Eggborough Power Station during yesterday’s rain.
The crash between a VW Polo and Audi A4 blocked the road for most of the afternoon.
The driver of the Audi suffered serious head injuries and the 24-year-old driver of the VW suffered serious leg injuries and both were airlifted by Yorkshire Air Ambulance to the LGI.
