Attempted burglary in Escrick
BURGLARS tried to break into a detached house in Escrick, near Selby, overnight on Monday, April 7.
A ground floor dining room window at the rear of the property in Wenlock Drive was prised open.
But it could only be opened an inch and the offenders were subsequently unable to gain entry into the house.
