A DISCOUNT superstore is preparing to open its biggest UK store in Selby this weekend.
The Home Bargains store, which was formerly the Focus DIY in Bawtry Road, will create up to 40 new jobs following an investment of £500,000 on the site.
Joe Morris, operations director at Home Bargains, said the 24,000 square foot store is the biggest in the country, and one of 300 across the UK, with plans to open another 50 over the next year.
