A NEW corporate plan has been approved by Selby District Council, setting out how it will spend money delivering local services.
A spokesman said the plan looked at how the authority would work with communities to achieve what mattered most as efficiently as possible.
He said the priorities were to make the district a great place to do business, enjoy life and make a difference.
Council leader Mark Crane said: “ We’ve engaged with businesses and service providers to get a sense of what they need to help them deliver services and new investment to drive jobs and growth.
“We commissioned independent research to seek the views of a cross section of people.”
