Focus on falcons in Scarborough

PEREGRINE falcons will be the focus of attention in a North Yorkshire town from next week.
The RSPB, with support from Scarborough Borough Council, is showcasing the birds during their breeding season for the second year in a row, and staff and volunteers from the conservation organisation will be manning the viewpoint in Marine Drive from next Friday to ensure visitors can get the best possible look.
The viewpoint will be staffed from 10.30am to 4pm between Fridays and Mondays, weather permitting, until July 15.
