Call for Malton Food Lovers Festival volunteers

VOLUNTEERS are needed to help the team running the Malton Food Lovers Festival over the weekend of May 19 and 20.
Organisers are looking for individuals, families or teams to make visitors feel welcome and to help make it the best festival yet.
A spokesperson for the We Love Malton team said: “We have several volunteer roles available, including general ‘meeting and greeting’, assistance with visitor parking and manning our information stands.
“Volunteers will work in two-hour stints, giving as much time as they can manage up to a full day. As a thank you to all who become festival volunteers, there will be a special supper at the Talbot Hotel during June.”
Volunteers will also be given a festival wristband which gives full access to designated areas.
