Poaching warning near Pickering

POLICE have received reports of lamping and poaching with dogs on land near Pickering.
The owner of land in West Carr Lane said £3,000 worth of fencing had been damaged and cattle had been injured during the incidents, which have taken place over a number of weeks. Several tools had also been taken from sheds on the land.
A police spokesman said they were continuing to make inquiries.
