Fire crews called to 'rescue' feather cushion
FIREFIGHTERS were called to Thornton-le-Dale this morning after concerns were raised about a mystery animal in distress in guttering.
An RSPCA inspector called the fire service after seeing "feathers and a beak" in guttering of premises in the village.
A tweet from the fire service, said: "Rescued: x1 feather cushion; condition believed to be zip-top tho stuffing knocked out".
