POLICE have issued CCTV images of people they'd like to speak to after spirits and steaks were stolen from the Co-op in Pickering.

The theft happened at approximately 1:15pm on Wednesday, July 18. Three young men entered the store at Champley's Mews and each picked up a basket.

Police said that two of the men approached the wines and spirits aisle where they took a number of bottles of spirits, and one entered the fresh meats aisle and selected a number of steaks.

They all then left the store, failing to pay for the goods totalling £315.

The men were all white and in their mid-teens.

Officers are asking members of the public to get in touch if they recognise the people in the images as they believe they will have information that will help the investigation.
