FAMILIES from around North Yorkshire attended the Pickering Game and Country Fair this weekend.
The event, which began in 2013, included a series of equine events and shows throughout Saturday and Sunday, with showjumping and dog shows.
Among the events were gun dog tests and challenges, with a fun dog show and agility course on both days for families to get involved in the event, and hundreds of stalls from regional suppliers.
Flycasting tutorials and a series of tractor shows also took place, with a unique Lanz Express Bulldog tractor among the hundreds on show - believed to be the only one in the country - and tractor pull events also proving popular over the weekend.
Among fundraisers at the event was Dan Palmer, who took to the fields in a specially adapted mountain trike to raise money for A Soldiers Journey, which helps injured amputees.
