Riverside steps fall
POLICE and paramedics were called to the riverside in York to treat a man who had fallen down steps.
The 33-year-old man, who was believed to have been drinking, fell down the steps at Kings Staith next to the Slug and Lettuce at around 4.30pm on Monday.
He was treated by paramedics and taken to hospital.
