A FREE stargazing event will be held at the York Observatory in York Museum Gardens next month.
Pre-booked slots with York Museums Trust are available on Wednesday, December 10, between 6pm and 8pm, to look at the moon and any planets and stars which can be seen through the Cooke telescope.
The free tickets also include a guided tour of the sky using binoculars from outside the observatory.
