A COMPANY which provides care for people at home has bought a house to reward their stand out staff.
Home Instead Senior Care has purchased the home at Amble Links on the Northumberland coast and employees will be able to use it with family and friends.
Home Instead’s Ann-Marie Roche, said, “We recognise that our service hinges on our CAREGivers and the work they do with our clients, so we wanted to do something special to be able to show them how much we value their efforts.
“We already provide a competitive package of benefits and rates of pay, but this allows us to recognise people’s contribution on those occasions when they do something special for a client or when we receive fantastic feedback from a client or their family.”
Park Leisure is a York based holiday park owner that specialises in offering affordable stays, 5-star holiday parks throughout the UK.
