IN the last six months the York Teaching Hospital Charity has been able to buy a number of valuable items and services, it has been announced.
They include a £135 ECG machine for coronary care, eight mini external pacemakers for coronary care at Scarborough and £70,638 to the upgrade project to the phlebotomy service at York Hospital.
The charity has also funded an oncology research nurse an arts development officer and a renal specialist nurse.
