Scambusters honoured in top award ceremony
A TRADING Standards Scambuster team based in York has been honoured in a national awards scheme for the recovery of assets and proceeds of crime.
The team, which works out of the City of York Council, took runner up a the team prize in the Keith Hughes Awards while team leader Sue Rumford took runner up in the individual award.
The scheme recognises the achievements of teams and individuals who make outstanding contributions to financial investigation and recovering proceeds of crime.
