Knaresborough in Britain in Bloom finals

A NORTH Yorkshire town has been selected from more than 1,000 entries to take part in this year’s Britain in Bloom UK finals.
Knaresborough is one of only 73 finalists in the competition, run by the Royal Horticultural Society, and has been placed in the ‘large town’ category alongside Huntingdon, Stone, Belper, St Helier, Dumfries, Chichester, Truro, Coleraine and Rhyl.
The judging panel will tour all the shortlisted towns in July.
