Knitting and Stitching Show takes place at Harrogate
THE Knitting and Stitching Show, taking place at Harrogate International Centre from Thursday, November 20 to Sunday, November 23, has announced the launch of a new campaign to encourage Yorkshire people to get involved in the resurgence in the popularity of stitching crafts.
Visitors to the show are invited to join a huge gathering of knitters and sewers sharing their skills in a series of activities designed to inspire crafting among all ages.
The project includes skill exchanges and workshops, and the show will also be the venue for exhibitions by textile artists marking the centenary of the First World War.
