A NORTH Yorkshire man has been ordered to pay £1,150 after a Proceeds of Crime Act investigation found he had benefited from the supply of drugs.
Daniel Mark Terrance Whiteley, 24, formerly of Stockwell Grove, Knaresborough, but now living in Harrogate, appeared before York Crown Court, having previously pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
He was given a six-month prison sentence suspended for two years by York Crown Court last August and ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work.
A subsequent investigation found he had benefited from drug dealing to the amount of £6,049.53 and he was ordered to repay £1,150 – the total of his realisable assets.
