Body of OAP found at disused railway station

A MAN who was found dead at a disused railway station in North Yorkshire earlier this week was 88 years old and from the Bedale area, it has been confirmed.
The man’s body was found at the South Otterington station, between Thirsk and Northallerton, just before 8am on Tuesday.
Rail services between Thirsk and Northallerton were delayed and replaced with bus services until about 9.40am as a result of the discovery.
