VANDALS have poured paint over gates and the boundary wall of a bungalow in North Yorkshire.
North Yorkshire Police said the suspects pulled up outside the property in Hornby Road, Appleton Wiske, near Northallerton, at about 6.40pm last Saturday, in a small Peugeot car.
They got out of the car and poured paint over the gates and garden wall, then damaged an intercom built into the wall.
PC Catherine Skelton, of Stokesley Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “The property has been targeted on a number of occasions in the past five months.
“The garden wall and gates have recently been installed following a previous incident in which paint was poured over a newly laid driveway.
“The victims are naturally very upset about what has happened and I am appealing to anyone who can assist our investigation to contact us without delay.”
