A WHISTLING gnome has been stolen from outside a house in Dowber Court, Thirsk.
The gnome, which has a pink face and red hat, was taken between 9.30am and 12.30pm on Saturday.
It is fitted with a motion sensor and wolf whistles when someone walks past.
