A BODY has been found on an East Yorkshire beach.
Humberside Police and Humber Coastguard were called to Flamborough by a member of the public at just after 8am today, where the body of a man had been found on the beach.
A spokesman for the coastguard said they had been called to assist police in retrieving the body close to South Landing, and remained at the scene until about 10am.
A spokesman for Humberside Police said: "At this time police are undertaking enquiries to establish the identity of the man and the circumstances leading to his death."
