DETECTIVES investigating the murder of an East Yorkshire man have renewed their appeal for information.

Graham White, 39, suffered a fatal injury at an address in Sewerby Road, Bridlington, in the early hours of Wednesday, August 27.

Humberside Police said there was a disturbance at about 4.25am that day, which involved two groups of people who knew each other.

Six men and a 14-year-old boy were arrested following the murder, and have all been released on police bail, but four weeks on, police have urged anyone with information to contact them.

Detective Chief Inspector Wendy North, senior investigating officer, said: "The investigation into Graham White’s murder is still on-going. The Major Incident Team have spoken to a number of witnesses in the area at the time of the disturbance and many lines of enquiry are being pursued.

"I would like to personally appeal to anyone else with information about the murder or the disturbance to call the police. No matter how insignificant you think your information is we want to speak to you, as you may hold the key to helping to identify those responsible for killing Mr White."

Anyone with information should phone Humberside Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
