WOMEN only cycling sessions are starting in Goole’s West Park on Thursday, September 11.
Six weekly sessions will run, each free, from 1-2pm, and they are aimed at beginner cyclists or those who want to get back on their bikes.
They are free and are being run by Breeze - British Cycling’s programme for more women into riding bikes.
The scheme is led by British Cycling-trained leaders Jenna Leach and Tina Martin, who will provide confidence building sessions with cycling skills and short, relatively traffic-free rides.
Anyone wanting to join in can go along on September 11 to the café at West Park in Shaftesbury Avenue, Goole.
The sessions start at 1pm, but participants are asked go along 15 minutes earlier to fill in a registration form.
