SECONDARY school pupils will help tourists find their way around Bridlington this summer in a new project run by Headlands School, Bridlington Tourist Information Service, East Riding Council and Visit Hull and East Riding.
Thirteen Headlands students have trained as “Great Bridlington Ambassadors” and organisers hope they will echo the success of the 2012 Olympic Gamesmakers by meeting coach passengers at South Cliff Park and Ride, and helping people around the harbour and town centre until the end of August.
