Holme-on-Spalding Moor parish council by-election call
A NEW member is needed to join Holme-on-Spalding Moor Parish Council.
A by-election will be held if ten electors write to the chief executive of East Riding of Yorkshire Council asking for this by April 9, otherwise the parish council will be told it can fill the vacancy by electing a new councillor from those who have expressed an interest.
