East Yorkshire man arrested over murder

AN East Yorkshire man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a 76-year-old in his Cambridgeshire home.
John Smith, 66, of Wold Gate, Bridlington, was arrested on Tuesday and has been charged with assisting an offender.
He is the third person to be arrested following the death of Llywelyn Thomas, in the village of Chittering.
Mr Thomas was discovered at his home in Ely Road, on December 18.
