A genuinely nice guy and one of the most naturally funny people I have ever met. You will be greatly missed by those who knew you well and those who had the pleasure of meeting you. Everyone is devastated that you are gone, a true testament to what a nice lad you were and how many lives you touched. If there is a heaven mate you are definitely there. I will always remember with a huge grin the fun times I had at school in lessons with you. Talking to you at Christmas, you were excited and rightly proud of what you were doing, good on you! My thoughts are with your family and friends right now. Look forward to seeing you again someday mate.

Another brave young man whose life has been cut tragically short. Deepest sympathy to his family and friends - another true hero has been lost. May your memories of him comfort you at this very sad time - my thought are with you.

Our condolences to David's family at this unimaginable time-I will always remember him as a cheeky young boy, happy and always with a smile on his face. The girls, who were at school with him, will always have exceptional memories of a true friend.

Nut,
There are absolutley no words. Such devestating, heart breaking news. My thoughts and all my love goes out to all your family and friends. You will be so sadly missed. It is a privilege to have known you at Manor School all those years ago. I will always remember your massive smile and great sense of humour.

I'd not spoken to or seen David for years, but I knew him when we were both kids. Its difficult to think back to the days of church pantomimes and just general messing about. I suppose the only thing to take from this is to know that he died doing something worthy and truly important, and that he loved. RIP David
