SOME call it York’s hidden gem, but one thing is for sure, All Saint’s Church in North Street boasts one of the most important displays of medieval stained glass in the British Isles, including the famous Pricke of Conscience window.
Now archaeologists have unearthed a wealth of artefacts, some of which date back to pre-history.
Next Saturday, All Saint’s will be taking part in illuminating York and you can learn more about the excavations. So if you haven’t been in for a while, what better reason to visit?
