THE man who saved York City from relegation then guided them to the League Two playoffs has gone.
Nigel Worthington resigned as Minstermen boss yesterday with the club hovering just above the relegation zone.
The results this year haven’t been good enough. But City have much to thank Worthington for. We wish him well.
Now a suitable replacement must be found quickly.
