A YORK restaurant has extended its premises to include a first-floor bar – with the help of a local law firm.
Lucia, which has premises in York and Beverley, currently occupies the ground floor of 13 Swinegate in York.
Following the extension, Bar Esperanza will be opened across the floor above.
It will be offering live shows, cocktails and late opening until 3am.
Lucia was advised in the deal by the Real Estate unit at law firm Langleys’ York office.
Oscar Akgul, a director of Lucia, said the firm’s knowledge of the location and sector had proved invaluable.
