THE team of managers hoping for the sweet taste of success at York’s newest tourist attraction have taken up their positions.
Michael Constantine will head the team at Chocolate - York’s Sweet Story, when it opens this spring in King’s Square. He will be joined by marketing manager Beckie Senior, operation manager Jenny Tutty and Kirsty Kennedy, who will take on the role of corporate and hospitality assistant.
One of the first jobs of the management team will be to act as judges in a series of X Factor-style auditions to find performers for the museum.
Miss Tutty said: “We’re seeking cast members with a real passion for bringing the past to life.
They will be responsible for taking our guests on a delicious and memorable journey through the world of Chocolate, so it’s vital we find consummate storytellers with winning smiles and the confidence to command any audience.
“We’re also looking for commercial assistants with a flair for engaging with each and every customer, to work across our admissions, retail and café spaces.”
