YORK-based Evora Construction has completed a £200,000 project at a care home which will be featured on television.
Dyneley House Care Home in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, has recently been the set for Channel 4’s Sirens sitcom and the new extension, build by Evora, will be used in the production of Emmerdale in the coming months.
Evora Construction was commissioned by the Greendown HA Limited to create four new en-suite bedrooms, a new laundry, a refurbished reception and new car parking facilities.
Richard Elam, director of Evora Construction said, “This project provided high-quality en-suite bedrooms and laundry facilities and was delivered on time and to budget.
