A NEW gym which focuses on strength and conditioning without using conventional machines and workouts has opened in North Yorkshire.
CrossFit HG3, the first CrossFit gym in the county, is occupying a 1,700 sq ft unit at Pannal Business Park, Harrogate.
The gym, favoured by military special operations units, champion martial artists, emergency services and professional athletes, has been launched by Andy Ruddick, an advanced fitness instructor, and Peter Davis, an advanced personal trainer and sports massage therapist.
